Cable Hip Abduction

How to do it
Attach an ankle cuff to a low cable. Stand sideways to the stack, cable on the ankle of the far leg. Hold the stack for balance. Brace the standing leg. Abduct the working leg outward (away from the midline) through full range without leaning the torso. Lower under control.
